尽管我们暂无配送服务，也没有固定的实体店面，但我们却有着无尽的热情和真诚。
由于活鲜食材的特殊性，我们需要在指定时间和自取点提供取货服务，这是我们对品质的坚守，更是对您的尊重。

一些重要的小提示

下单前
由于海鲜的特殊性，为了确保虾的新鲜度，我们选择将虾带着海水一同运输出来。因此，虾是在现场从海水中打捞并称重，而非提前打包好的。
请您理解可能出现的以下情况：

取货时，建议您携带盆、桶、冷藏盒等容器，以防止水弄脏您的车辆；
-
现场打包可能会稍慢，需要排队等候；
-
海水无法在短时间内完全沥干，但我们每次称重都会刻意多一些，尽管难免会有少量失水情况，但3%的水分损失在合理范围；

订单

取货前6小时内，您可以自由更改或取消订单。

若在取货前6小时至结束前通知无法前来取货，则订单可延期至下次。

若在取货结束后未能前来取货，则订单将被视为放弃。
请您务必留下正确的手机号码。
我们将通过微信或电话提醒您取货。
我们致力于确保每位顾客都能及时取走新鲜的虾。

取货

下单后请加入我们的微信群，我们将在群内发布重要信息。

我们的运虾车（白色Van）将在出发告知具体到达时间。如果有延误，我们会尽早通知您。

取货时，请出示您的取货条形码。

您可以在下单后的邮件中找到二维码路径，请务必保密。

Before Making Orders
Our shrimp are transported in seawater to ensure freshness, and they are weighed and packed on-site instead of pre-packaged.

When you come to pick up your order, please bring a bucket or cooler with you.

Since we pack the shrimp on-site, you may need to wait in line for a little longer.

Please note that the water cannot be drained entirely, and there may be a residual amount of up to 3%.
If you have any questions, please contact us immediately.

Order

You have the option to modify or cancel your order up to 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

If you notify us within 6 hours of your order, we will reschedule it for the next available slot.

If you do not collect your order by the pickup time, it will be considered abandoned, and your payment will not be refunded.
Please provide us with your number to ensure we can reach you.
We will send phone calls or WeChat reminders to ensure timely order pick-up.

Picking Up

After placing your order, we highly recommend joining our WeChat group.

Please pay close attention to the group messages on the day of pickup. We will notify you of the exact arrival time.

Kindly ensure that you have your barcode ready to present during the pickup.

This barcode is unique to your order and should not be shared with anyone else.
